Decks in pressure treated timber or composite, hand picked board by board.
We build past code, not just to it
Our building guidelines meet and will normally exceed the NC State Building Code. We do not cut corners to save money just because something may pass the local inspection. There are spans of material in decks, porches and custom homes that are sufficient to pass an inspection, but years of experience tell us what it actually takes to build a sound structure.
Composite when you want no maintenance
If you would rather never stain a board again, we build in composite as well, including mitered picture-frame borders, cascading corner stairs and recessed step lighting. Composite and pressure treated decks get the same framing standard underneath.
What this service includes

Frequently asked about decks
Pressure treated costs less up front and looks excellent when it is built well and maintained. Composite costs more and asks almost nothing of you afterwards. We build both and will give you a straight answer at the estimate about which suits your house and budget.
