When you hire LOZICA BUILDERS to build your Porch or Deck, we take pride from the footers to the last nail drove. We CULL ( hand pick ) through every piece of material to insure a high grade quality in appearance and structural integrity. Our building guidelines meet and will normally exceed the NC State Building Code. We do not cut corners in order to save money just because it may pass the local inspection guidelines. While there are spans of material in building decks, porches and custom homes that are sufficient for passing inspections, we know because of years of experience what it really takes to build a sound structure.
